Some models can recognize both the SSD and SD card simultaneously, while others may only detect the SD card and fail to load the SSD properly.If you encounter recognition issues, connect the SSD first. Once it is successfully detected, then insert the SD card for normal use.

Installation Steps
1.Open the cover: Gently pull open the magnetic cover to expose the drive slot.
2.Install the drive: Insert the drive into the connector at a 45° angle, then gently press it down to a horizontal position.
3.Secure the drive: Use the included retention clip or screw to fasten the rear of the drive, ensuring a stable installation.
4.Close the back cover: Align the magnetic cover with its original position and gently press — it will automatically snap shut.
Product Usage Notes
1.ProRes video direct storage is only supported on Apple iPhone 15/16/17 Pro & Pro Max models running iOS 15.1 or later. It is not supported on Android phones.
2.The S003 only support M.2 NVMe/SATA SSDs in the 2280 form factor.
3.When using the drive with a phone, you must first format it to exFAT on a computer; otherwise, the phone will not recognize the drive.
4.We recommend using SSDs with a capacity of less than 4TB and power consumption below 4.5W. Higher power drives may not be recognized due to insufficient power output from the phone's port. For high‑power drives, use a powered hub (with an external power supply) to assist with recognition.
5.If your iPhone uses a Lightning connector, you will need an adapter (Lightning male to USB‑C female) to connect. Our ORICO‑LC10 adapter is available for this purpose.
