Become a Smart Trade Hunt seller
Smart Trade Hunt provides sellers with a marketplace to present products to customers and manage sales through the platform. Before registering, make sure you can maintain accurate listings, respond to customer questions, fulfil accepted orders, and keep your business and payout information current.
Before you start
- Choose whether you will register as an individual seller or a business, according to the options available on the registration form.
- Prepare a working email address and mobile number that you control.
- Prepare accurate identity and/or business information for verification if requested.
- Prepare your store name, business contact information, return/dispatch arrangements, and product details.
- Confirm you can supply the products you list and can meet the delivery promises you publish.
- Review platform policies, restricted-product rules, fee terms, and customer-service responsibilities.
Seller responsibilities
Accurate listings
Use genuine product photos where permitted, describe condition and specifications honestly, and keep price and stock current.
Reliable fulfilment
Pack orders carefully, arrange shipment promptly, provide valid tracking, and respond to delivery issues.
Transparent communication
Answer customer questions clearly and do not ask customers to bypass platform payment or order records.
Account compliance
Complete required verification, protect login details, and keep identity, contact, and business records accurate.
Register your seller account
- Open the official seller registration page.
Visit smarttradehunt.com/shops/create. Check the domain before entering personal information. - Complete the form using your real details.
Fill every required field shown on the live form. Do not use another person's identity, an inaccessible email, or a phone number you cannot verify. - Read and accept the applicable terms.
Review the seller obligations, fee arrangements, privacy notice, and any declarations presented before submitting. - Submit and complete any requested confirmation.
If the site asks you to verify an email address, phone number, or other detail, follow the instructions sent by the official platform. - Sign in and check your seller dashboard.
Look for account status, required actions, verification prompts, store information, and any notices that must be resolved before selling. - Complete KYC and any approval steps.
Registration alone should not be interpreted as proof that identity verification or selling approval is complete.
Registration is not the same as verification
Your account may exist while verification is pending. Follow the status shown in your account and do not assume that products are visible to customers until the platform confirms the required account and product approvals.
KYC: identity and business verification
KYC (“Know Your Customer”) helps the platform establish who operates a seller account. Submit only documents requested by the official verification flow and upload them through the authenticated platform—not to an unverified person or chat account.
How to complete verification
- Sign in to your seller account and locate the verification/KYC prompt or account status notice, if shown.
- Choose the correct individual or business path offered by the live form.
- Enter the information exactly as it appears on the relevant official documents.
- Upload the requested, clear, complete and unaltered documents. Make sure names, dates and document edges are readable.
- Review the form before submitting. Incorrect or inconsistent details can delay review.
- Check the account for status updates or requests for more information.
- If rejected, read the stated reason, correct the specific issue and resubmit through the official process if the option is available.
Document quality checklist
- Document is valid and not expired, where expiry applies.
- Text and photograph are readable; images are not cropped or obscured.
- Information matches the seller profile and the account holder/business.
- All required sides/pages have been supplied if requested.
- Files meet the format and size limits shown by the form.
While verification is pending
Monitor your dashboard and registered contact channels. If selling or payout features are restricted until approval, wait for the platform's confirmation and complete the outstanding requirements. Do not advertise an unverified status as approved.
Set up and maintain your store
A complete store helps customers understand who is selling, what is offered, and how to contact the seller through permitted platform channels.
Store setup checklist
- Use a clear store name that customers can recognise.
- Add a concise, accurate store description and the permitted logo/banner assets.
- Keep business/contact details accurate and update them when they change.
- Explain dispatch expectations and any legitimate product-specific requirements clearly.
- Review store pages on mobile and desktop for spelling, broken images and outdated information.
- Keep customer conversations and order-specific details within the approved platform workflow where possible.
Store maintenance
Review your store regularly. Remove discontinued products, correct prices immediately, update stock before it runs out, and ensure promotions do not mislead customers. Do not use another seller's branding or images in a way that infringes their rights or confuses customers.
Create, publish and manage products
Product forms can differ by category. Always follow the fields and validation shown by the live seller dashboard; a field that is mandatory for one category may not be required for another.
Before opening the listing form
- Confirm the item is permitted on Smart Trade Hunt and that you have the right to sell it.
- Prepare the product name, brand/model if relevant, specifications, condition, package contents, and accurate photos.
- Know the selling price, available quantity, product variations, parcel weight/dimensions if required, and realistic dispatch time.
- For regulated goods, confirm the required approvals, labelling, and legal conditions before listing.
Step-by-step listing process
- Open the seller product-management area and choose the live form's add/create product action.
- Select the most accurate category and complete all required category-specific fields.
- Write a clear title: identify the product and its meaningful model/size/variant without keyword stuffing.
- Write a full description covering features, specifications, dimensions, compatibility, what is included, condition, limitations and care instructions where relevant.
- Upload clear product images. Use images that accurately represent the item and show important details; do not add misleading watermarks, false claims or unrelated products.
- Enter the correct price and stock quantity. Configure variants/options consistently so customers can select the item they intend to buy.
- Complete any shipping, tax, brand, SKU, warranty or other fields that the actual form requires.
- Preview the listing and check every field, image, price, variant and stock value.
- Save or submit using the action shown by the live form. If review/approval is required, wait for the product status to confirm it is published.
- Open the customer-facing listing, where available, and confirm that the correct product details and purchase options appear.
After publication
- Update stock promptly after changes in your physical inventory.
- Correct pricing and descriptions before accepting more orders if an error is discovered.
- Pause or deactivate unavailable products using the available product-management controls.
- Do not create duplicate listings to manipulate search placement or reviews.
- Keep records of product sourcing, warranties and compliance documents where applicable.
Receive, accept and fulfil orders
Use the order record in Smart Trade Hunt as the source of truth. Do not ship solely because a customer says they paid or sends a screenshot. Check that the platform order shows the correct payment/order state and that you are authorised to fulfil it.
Order-handling workflow
- Open the order details. Match the order ID, product/variant, quantity, delivery address, shipping method and any buyer instructions.
- Check payment and status. Follow the actual platform status and do not treat an unpaid, failed, cancelled or suspicious order as ready to ship.
- Confirm stock and product condition. If you cannot fulfil the order, act promptly through the available order/support process rather than silently delaying it.
- Accept or process the order using the available control. The exact action label depends on the live order interface; follow the status transitions it provides.
- Pack carefully. Use suitable protection, ensure the product and variant match the order, and include required documentation without exposing sensitive customer information.
- Arrange shipping. Use EasyParcel when appropriate and available for the order, or the valid shipping method configured for that order.
- Record tracking and dispatch. Ensure the shipment is associated with the correct order and that the platform receives the tracking/shipment status through the supported workflow.
- Monitor delivery. Follow tracking, respond to failed delivery or address issues, and keep evidence of dispatch and delivery.
- Keep the order record complete. Do not mark an order delivered merely because it has been handed to the courier. Use the actual supported status and tracking process.
If something goes wrong
Item out of stock
Do not substitute without the customer's consent. Use the platform's supported cancellation/contact process and keep records.
Address or delivery problem
Use the carrier's official process and platform messaging. Do not expose customer details publicly.
Payment unclear
Check the order/payment record or contact support before dispatch.
Order appears duplicated
Check order IDs and payment states before preparing multiple parcels.
Use EasyParcel for shipping
The Smart Trade Hunt EasyParcel seller workflow includes a Dashboard, Shipments and Settings area. The integration supports connection testing, pickup-address configuration, eligible-order synchronisation/search, courier rates, shipment creation/payment, shipment tracking synchronisation, and bulk shipment creation subject to the system's rules.
A. Configure EasyParcel
- Open the EasyParcel area in the seller dashboard and go to Settings.
- Select the correct environment (Demo or Live) as appropriate to your account and test phase.
- Enter the required EasyParcel authentication/API credentials into the official fields. Never share these keys in a public message.
- Set up at least one valid pickup address. Complete the contact person, company (if required), email, phone, postcode, country, address lines, city and state as requested by the form.
- Choose the intended default pickup address and configure Order Auto Sync if you want it enabled and understand its behaviour.
- Save settings, then use Test EasyParcel Connection. If it fails, recheck the environment, keys and required account details before retrying.
B. Create a shipment for an order
- Open Shipments and locate an eligible order. Use the order search/synchronisation controls if the order is not listed.
- Check that the order belongs to your store, has no existing shipment, and is eligible under the current EasyParcel rules.
- Review parcel weight, contents, pickup address, destination information and any COD details relevant to the order.
- Request available courier rates through the built-in Courier & Rates action and compare the services returned by EasyParcel.
- Select the appropriate service/rate and pickup address. Choose a realistic collection date from the options available.
- Create the shipment and complete the supported Create & Pay process. Confirm the result before assuming the booking succeeded.
- Open the resulting shipment record and check the courier, EasyParcel order number, airway bill (AWB) and current status.
- Download/open the AWB using the link provided by the platform, print it if required, attach it to the parcel, and prepare the parcel for collection/drop-off according to the selected courier.
- Use the shipment Sync action when you need to refresh the tracking/status from EasyParcel, and monitor the shipment until delivery or resolution.
C. Bulk shipments
The documented integration supports selecting multiple eligible orders, assigning pickup addresses, and bulk creation for up to 20 orders per request. Review each selected order and pickup address before submitting. If any order fails, inspect its individual result and do not assume every shipment was created successfully.
D. Manual shipment creation
Where the manual creation form is available, it can request an order ID, optional service ID, weight in kilograms, contents (the reviewed production form has a 35-character content limit), pickup address and collection date, followed by Create & Pay. If the service ID is omitted, the backend's documented behaviour is to choose the cheapest available supported rate. Use this only when the manual workflow is appropriate and validate all fields before paying.
E. Important exclusions and precautions
- EasyParcel only lists orders eligible under the integration's rules; not every order or fulfilment type is necessarily eligible.
- The documented implementation excludes AliExpress Dropshipping orders from EasyParcel shipment creation.
- Orders that already have a shipment are excluded from eligible-order creation under the existing service rules.
- COD availability, amount and remittance owner must be checked on the shipment/order record; never assume COD funds are remitted to the seller without checking the displayed arrangement.
- Do not create a second shipment if the first booking may already have succeeded. Check the shipment list and order record first.
- Courier rates, service availability, delivery estimates and charges are determined by the actual rate response and shipment booking—not a fixed promise in this guide.
Seller commission, payment fees and promotion
Standard commission
The current agreed marketplace commission policy is a flat 10% seller commission on every product. There is no minimum-commission rule or category-specific variation in the agreed policy at this stage. The actual commission amount for an order should be checked against the platform's recorded order/commission statement.
RM100 product sale
10% commission = RM10. The amount ultimately payable to the seller may also depend on shipping, refunds, payment-fee handling and other recorded adjustments.
RM20 product sale
10% commission = RM2. This is a percentage calculation, not a promise of a specific final payout amount.
First 100 sellers launch promotion
- The recruitment promotion is intended for the first 100 sellers and provides free product listings for one month, subject to eligibility and approval.
- During the promotional month, the stated Stripe processing fee is 3% + RM1 per transaction and is currently intended to be borne by the seller.
- After the promotional period, the intended policy is for Smart Trade Hunt to absorb the payment-gateway fee and charge the seller the flat 10% commission.
- The promotion waives listing fees; it must not be interpreted as waiving commission unless the seller's written offer explicitly says so.
- Confirm the individual start/end date of the promotional month in the written offer or seller account. Do not assume every seller's trial ends on the same calendar date.
How to read your statement
Compare the order value with the commission history, order-payment records, refunds/adjustments and any payment fee recorded for that order. If a deduction is unclear, retain the order ID and transaction reference and ask support for an itemised explanation. Do not calculate a final payout from the product price alone if the statement includes other components.
Understand the Seller Wallet
The reviewed My Wallet seller dashboard separates several balance categories. They are not interchangeable, and a displayed balance should not automatically be treated as cash that can be withdrawn.
| Wallet label | What it means in the seller view | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Available Balance | The available balance category displayed by the wallet. | Check withdrawal eligibility and the applicable payout process before treating it as payable cash. |
| Platform Pending Balance | Marketplace-related money still in a pending state under the wallet's rules. | Review the related order/payment record and wait for the platform's release conditions to be met. |
| AliExp Pending Balance | A separate pending category for AliExpress Dropshipping-related funds. | Do not confuse it with regular marketplace pending earnings; the related AliExp escrow workflow governs it. |
| Blocked Balance | Funds recorded as blocked by the wallet. | Check the associated order/adjustment and contact support if the reason is unclear. |
| Seller Negative Balance | A negative-balance amount tracked by the wallet; the dashboard may show a warning when it is above zero. | Review the related entries and contact support for an explanation of the amount and recovery treatment. |
Order Payments and transaction records
The documented seller wallet includes an Order Payments page with seller-scoped wallet entries and pagination. The records can include the order, source (Marketplace or AliExp linked), amount/currency, status, delivery status and updated timestamp. Use these records to reconcile an order's wallet treatment rather than relying only on a summary total.
How to reconcile an order
- Open My Wallet and record the balance categories shown.
- Open Order Payments and find the relevant order/entry.
- Compare the source, amount/currency, status, delivery status and updated time.
- Check the order itself for payment, fulfilment, cancellation, delivery or refund updates.
- If values appear inconsistent, save the order ID and the displayed entry details and contact support. Do not create a duplicate transaction or attempt to correct wallet balances manually.
When earnings become available and how payouts work
Seller earnings pass through payment, order fulfilment and wallet-status checks. The exact release timing must follow the production rules that apply to the order and the current wallet configuration.
Delivery and release
Delivery is an important milestone in the seller earnings journey, but sellers must not assume that an order's delivery scan makes the money instantly withdrawable. The wallet may still need to apply the configured release/hold rule and account for refunds, disputes or other adjustments. Check the actual balance and order-payment status.
Minimum withdrawal
The current seller setting recorded for Smart Trade Hunt is a minimum seller withdrawal of RM20. Meeting this threshold alone does not guarantee immediate payment: funds must be eligible under the platform's rules and the seller must satisfy any required account/payout checks.
Requesting and receiving a payout
- Check Available Balance and review any pending, blocked or negative balance.
- Check Order Payments and resolve any unclear order entries before requesting payment.
- Use the withdrawal/payout method that the current seller account or official support process makes available. Do not submit bank details through an unverified channel.
- Ensure payout details are accurate and belong to the verified account holder or permitted business.
- Save the request/reference and monitor the displayed status or official notification.
- If a payout fails or is delayed, check for an error/status notice and contact support with the reference. Never send your password or one-time codes.
Refunds and post-payout adjustments
A refund or correction may affect pending earnings, available balance, blocked balance or a seller negative balance depending on the actual transaction state and wallet rules. If the seller has already received the money, do not assume the platform will simply ignore the refund. Check the recorded adjustment and request an itemised explanation if needed.
Cancellations, refunds, returns and disputes
Handle every request promptly, fairly and through the supported platform process. A seller should not promise a refund, replacement or deadline that conflicts with the marketplace's applicable policy or the actual order record.
If a customer requests cancellation or a refund
- Open the correct order and review its payment, processing, shipment and delivery state.
- Read the customer's reason and ask for necessary clarification through the permitted communication channel.
- Check the applicable cancellation, return and refund policy and whether the order has already been dispatched or delivered.
- Follow the official platform workflow or contact support if the seller dashboard does not provide the required action.
- Do not refund outside the recorded payment process unless the platform explicitly authorises that method.
- Keep evidence such as product photos, packing records, shipment tracking, courier updates and customer communication.
- After a decision, check the order and wallet records to confirm the outcome is recorded consistently.
Common situations
Before dispatch
Do not ship if the order is validly cancelled or payment is not confirmed. Follow the platform's cancellation and refund process.
In transit
Use the courier tracking and official carrier process. Do not promise recovery of a parcel until the carrier confirms the outcome.
Delivered but disputed
Preserve delivery proof and respond to the platform's evidence request by its stated deadline.
Refund after seller payout
Review the recorded refund/adjustment and any negative balance. Ask support to explain the ledger entry rather than making a private offset.
Dispute evidence checklist
- Smart Trade Hunt order ID and relevant payment reference.
- Product/listing description at the time of sale.
- Photos showing the item before packing, where available.
- Shipment booking, AWB, tracking and delivery proof.
- Customer messages and dates of actions taken.
- Any platform decision or refund status shown in the account.
Customer service and seller performance
- Respond professionally and avoid aggressive, discriminatory or misleading language.
- Answer product questions using accurate specifications; disclose important limitations.
- Never claim an item has shipped before a shipment exists.
- Use a valid tracking number and follow delivery progress.
- When a delay occurs, explain the facts and next steps without inventing a delivery date.
- Handle complaints calmly and use the platform's escalation route when you cannot resolve an issue.
- Do not pressure customers to remove honest reviews or offer prohibited incentives for positive reviews.
- Do not share customer personal information, delivery addresses or private messages publicly.
Protect your seller reputation
Accurate inventory, good packaging, prompt dispatch, responsive communication and fair resolution of issues reduce avoidable disputes. Monitor repeated complaints and correct the underlying cause rather than treating every complaint as an isolated event.
Account security and compliance
- Use a unique password and secure the email account linked to your seller account.
- Never share passwords, login links, one-time codes, API credentials or recovery codes.
- Sign in through the official Smart Trade Hunt domain and check the URL before entering credentials.
- Use only official dashboard workflows for product, order, wallet, shipping and payout activity.
- Do not create false orders, manipulate ratings, list prohibited goods or misrepresent stock and dispatch status.
- Keep required invoices, supplier records, compliance approvals and shipment evidence where applicable.
- Notify support if you suspect unauthorised account access or an unexpected change to payout details.
Practical checklists
Before you publish a product
- Correct category, title, specifications and images.
- Price, variations and stock checked.
- Shipping details and dispatch expectations accurate.
- Product allowed and required approvals available.
- Preview reviewed and status confirmed as published.
Before you dispatch an order
- Correct order and confirmed payment state.
- Correct item, variant and quantity.
- Delivery address and parcel details checked.
- Shipment booking successful and AWB/tracking recorded.
- Packaging secure and proof retained.
Before you ask about a payout
- Available balance checked separately from pending/blocked amounts.
- RM20 minimum threshold considered.
- Relevant Order Payments entry and order status checked.
- Any refund, dispute, negative balance or account verification issue identified.
- Request/reference number and exact error captured, if applicable.
Information to include in a support request
Provide the seller account/store name, order ID, shipment/AWB or payment reference where relevant, approximate date/time, a short description of the issue, and a screenshot with sensitive details redacted. Never send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card details or API keys.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I register as a seller?
Use the official seller registration page: https://www.smarttradehunt.com/shops/create.
Does creating an account mean I am KYC-verified?
No. Complete any identity/business verification requested by the platform and check the status in your account. Do not assume registration equals verification approval.
What is the seller commission?
The current agreed policy is a flat 10% commission on every product. Review the actual order/commission statement for the recorded calculation and any applicable adjustments.
What is the first-100-sellers promotion?
The current offer is free product listings for one month for eligible sellers among the first 100. During the one-month launch promotion, the stated Stripe processing fee is 3% + RM1 per transaction and is borne by the seller. After the promotion, the agreed policy is that Smart Trade Hunt absorbs the payment-gateway fee and the seller pays a flat 10% commission. The live gateway configuration and each seller's effective promotion end date must match this policy before it is represented as active in a transaction.
Is RM20 the minimum withdrawal?
The current seller setting records RM20 as the minimum withdrawal. A request still depends on eligible available funds and the applicable payout process.
Does “Delivered” mean my money is instantly available?
Not necessarily. The applicable wallet release/hold rule and any refund, dispute or adjustment may still apply. Check the actual Available Balance and Order Payments record. The exact release hold duration must be confirmed from the live production configuration before a fixed time is promised.
Why are Platform Pending and AliExp Pending separate?
The wallet reports them as separate balance categories. AliExpress Dropshipping has its own escrow workflow; do not treat that balance as regular marketplace pending earnings.
Why do I have a blocked or negative balance?
Review the wallet and related order/payment entries. If the reason is not clear, contact support with the order ID and relevant entry details. Do not attempt to adjust wallet records yourself.
Can I use EasyParcel for every order?
Not necessarily. The integration only offers eligible orders under its rules; the reviewed implementation excludes AliExpress Dropshipping orders and excludes orders that already have a shipment. Use the eligibility and rates shown by the platform.
What if an EasyParcel booking times out?
Check the shipment list and order record before trying again. Confirm whether the first request created a shipment to avoid duplicate bookings or charges.
What if I cannot find a withdrawal button?
Do not use an unofficial link or send bank details to an unverified person. Check the current seller payout instructions provided by Smart Trade Hunt support. The payout request channel must be confirmed by the platform administrator before exact button-by-button instructions can be published.
What if a customer asks for a refund after delivery?
Review the order and the applicable return/refund policy, preserve delivery evidence and use the official platform process. Check the wallet statement for any resulting adjustment and ask support to explain it if needed.
Get help
When contacting Smart Trade Hunt support, explain the issue clearly and include the relevant order, payment, shipment or wallet reference. This helps the team investigate without guessing which transaction you mean.
Include these details
- Seller/store name and the email associated with the account (do not include password).
- Order ID, shipment/AWB, payment reference or wallet entry details as applicable.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The exact error message and the approximate date/time.
- Steps already tried and screenshots with personal/financial secrets redacted.
Use the official contact/help options shown on Smart Trade Hunt. This draft does not invent a support email address or phone number.
Seller tools, marketplaces and add-ons
Smart Trade Hunt is an expanding multi-marketplace platform. Some seller tools are standard marketplace features; others are provided by separate add-ons and may have separate eligibility, setup, terms, fees or availability. A feature described here is not a promise that it is enabled for every seller or every order. Use the controls and status shown in your own account.
Core Marketplace
Standard product listings, seller store/profile, orders, customer communication and order fulfilment. Exact controls depend on the account and current interface.
Grocery
Grocery-specific product and fulfilment workflows. Use only the category, stock, pricing and delivery options actually provided for your seller account.
Medical / Pharmacy
Medical-store catalogue and related workflows may require additional product eligibility or compliance checks. Do not list regulated products unless you are legally authorised and the platform permits them.
Classifieds
Classified listings are not necessarily the same as standard shipped marketplace products. Follow the listing form, custom fields, verification and promotion controls shown in the Classifieds workflow.
Digital Services
Digital services can have service-specific fulfilment and evidence requirements. Do not mark a service complete until the agreed deliverable has been supplied and the platform workflow permits completion.
Video Shopping / Live Shopping
Video and livestream tools may support product discovery and live selling when enabled. Only advertise a stream as live when it is actually available and playable; keep product claims and prices accurate.
AliExpress Dropshipping
This is a distinct order and wallet workflow, not ordinary seller-held inventory. Follow the authorised connection, product-import, order-processing and escrow rules presented by the add-on. AliExp Pending Balance is separate from Platform Pending Balance; EasyParcel eligibility may exclude AliExpress orders.
Pre-Order
Pre-order listings involve an expected future fulfilment timeline. State the delivery/availability expectations accurately and follow the specific pre-order order lifecycle and payment controls shown by the platform.
Seller Storefront
A storefront may provide a seller-branded product browsing experience. Verify that product pages, cart, checkout and order status remain consistent with the actual supported purchase flow before promoting a storefront link.
My Wallet
Wallet balances and order-payment records help explain seller earnings, pending amounts, blocked amounts and adjustments. Wallet categories are records of financial state, not a guarantee that every displayed amount can be withdrawn immediately.
How new add-on guides will be maintained
- Document the add-on's actual seller workflow, required permissions and account eligibility.
- Explain setup, product/service creation, order handling, customer experience and troubleshooting.
- State the real fee, wallet, refund and payout implications only after they are verified against the deployed configuration.
- Link the add-on guide from this Seller Centre so sellers have one index and do not have to guess which instructions apply.
Seller Terms and Conditions
These central seller rules summarise the operating expectations for Smart Trade Hunt. The standalone Seller Terms page should be kept aligned with this section. Where an add-on has clearly presented additional terms, those terms apply to that add-on as well; they should not silently contradict the core seller fee policy.
Eligibility and account responsibility
- Provide truthful registration details and use an account you are authorised to operate. Complete identity or business verification when requested.
- Protect credentials, maintain current contact details and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
- Registration alone does not mean KYC approval, product approval or payout approval has been granted.
Listings, stock and intellectual property
- Keep titles, images, descriptions, condition, variations, specifications, prices, stock, delivery estimates and warranty/return statements accurate.
- Only upload content you own or are authorised to use. Do not list counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, unsafe, restricted or infringing products, or make claims you cannot substantiate.
- Maintain stock and promptly correct or disable unavailable listings. Do not substitute an item without appropriate customer consent and a supported order process.
Orders, shipping and customer care
- Check the platform's order and payment status before dispatch. Pack the correct item securely, use the valid shipping method, record shipment/tracking information and retain relevant evidence.
- Respond professionally to customer questions and complaints, cooperate with platform investigations and follow the applicable refund/return process.
- Do not manipulate reviews, create fake orders, solicit off-platform payment to evade platform rules, misuse customer information or bypass platform security.
Commission and launch promotion
- Standard agreed commission policy: flat 10% on every product, without category-based or seller-specific variations under the agreed policy.
- Launch promotion: the first 100 eligible sellers receive free product listings for one month. This is a listing-fee promotion; it does not mean payment processing is free.
- During the promotional month, the stated Stripe processing fee is 3% + RM1 per transaction and is borne by the seller. After the promotion, the agreed policy is that Smart Trade Hunt absorbs the gateway fee and charges the seller the flat 10% commission.
- The live checkout/gateway settings, seller-specific promotion dates and displayed transaction statement must be checked to ensure the intended arrangement is implemented correctly. No extra listing, subscription or withdrawal fee should be described as applicable unless it is explicitly approved and disclosed to the seller before it applies.
Suspension, compliance and disputes
Smart Trade Hunt may review listings or account activity, request supporting documents, restrict features or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal compliance, policy violations or buyer/seller protection. Any action affecting funds should be recorded and handled under applicable law and the platform's actual wallet and dispute process. Sellers remain responsible for their own legal, tax, licensing and product-compliance obligations. Nothing in this guide removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Official page to reconcile with this central guide: Seller Terms and Conditions.
Seller Privacy Policy
Smart Trade Hunt should collect and use seller information only for legitimate marketplace, security, support, payment, verification and legal purposes, with handling consistent with applicable privacy law and the platform's actual service providers. This summary is not a promise that every possible data field or third-party verification service is used in every case.
Information that may be processed
- Account details supplied during registration, such as name, business/store name, email, phone and location.
- Identity, business, address, tax or banking documents only when requested and applicable to verification, compliance or payout handling.
- Listing, order, shipment, customer-service, refund, dispute, wallet, withdrawal and seller-performance records.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, browser/device details, session records, timestamps, cookies and access/security logs where collected by the site or its service providers.
Purposes and sharing
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, display seller stores and listings, process orders and payments, manage shipping and payouts, prevent abuse, investigate disputes, provide support, improve services and meet legal obligations. Relevant information may be shared with hosting, payment, shipping, communications, verification or other service providers involved in the requested service, and with authorities where disclosure is legally required. Smart Trade Hunt should not sell seller personal information. Public store information and listing content may be visible to customers.
Seller responsibilities and rights
- Keep login details secure, use customer data only for legitimate order/service purposes and do not sell, expose or misuse buyer information.
- Use official authenticated flows for sensitive documents and never send passwords or one-time codes to support staff.
- Privacy requests to access, correct or delete information may be submitted through official support, subject to identity checks, legal retention duties, transaction records and other lawful exceptions.
- Cookies or session technologies may be necessary for login and platform operation; blocking them can affect functionality. Some providers may process data in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable law and safeguards.
Information may be retained for as long as needed for account operation, transactions, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security; the platform should apply appropriate safeguards and access controls.
Official page to reconcile with this central guide: Seller Privacy Policy. Privacy practices and service-provider claims must be checked against the actual deployed systems before making stronger guarantees.
Seller Legal Notice and compliance responsibilities
Sellers are independent merchants responsible for the products or services they offer, their business conduct, accurate claims, required licences, taxes, product safety, intellectual property rights, consumer-law duties and applicable import/export rules. Smart Trade Hunt is a marketplace platform and should not be described as the manufacturer or owner of a seller's inventory unless a specific listing or service expressly says otherwise.
Required seller conduct
- Sell only goods/services you are legally permitted to offer and that Smart Trade Hunt allows.
- Do not offer counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, unsafe or infringing goods, fraudulent digital products, unlawful substances or restricted products without the legal authorisation and platform approval required.
- Keep product claims, certificates, warranties, origin, condition, price and delivery estimates truthful and supportable.
- Handle buyer information confidentially and use it only for legitimate fulfilment and support.
- Cooperate with lawful verification requests, safety investigations, intellectual-property reports and dispute reviews.
Platform review and limitations
Smart Trade Hunt may review listings, request evidence, remove content or restrict accounts where needed to enforce policies, protect users or comply with law. A platform review does not guarantee that every seller, product or claim has been independently verified. Sellers remain responsible for their own conduct. Any liability limitation, indemnity, suspension or dispute clause must be interpreted subject to mandatory applicable law and must not be represented as overriding rights that cannot legally be waived.
Official page to reconcile with this central guide: Seller Legal Notice. The notice should be reviewed for Malaysian-law fit before being treated as a final legal instrument.
Seller Wallet, Earnings, Withdrawals and Adjustments
This is a policy about seller withdrawal of earnings, not a consumer's legal right to withdraw from a purchase. The standalone page title should make that distinction clear (for example, “Seller Payout and Withdrawal Policy”).
Balance categories
- Available Balance: the wallet category intended to show funds eligible for withdrawal, subject to the actual account, payment and payout rules.
- Platform Pending Balance: marketplace earnings still in a pending state.
- AliExp Pending Balance: a separate pending category associated with AliExpress Dropshipping; it must not be treated as ordinary marketplace pending funds.
- Blocked Balance: funds the wallet records as blocked. Review the associated entry or ask support for the reason.
- Seller Negative Balance: a negative amount recorded by the wallet, which may require review of refunds, reversals or other adjustments.
- Withdrawn / reversed / adjusted entries: use the wallet and order-payment records to understand transfers and corrections. The exact labels shown may vary with the deployed interface.
When funds may be released
Seller earnings are subject to the wallet's actual release rules. The reviewed source code describes delivery status delivered as a release trigger and a configurable Release Hold Hours setting; a value of zero means release immediately when the delivery status becomes delivered, while a non-zero value can delay release from the recorded hold timestamp. The live production setting has not been verified here. Therefore, sellers must check the actual Available Balance and Order Payments record; this guide does not promise a fixed number of hours after delivery.
Minimum withdrawal and payout request
- The recorded seller setting is a RM20 minimum withdrawal. This threshold alone does not make pending or blocked funds withdrawable.
- Use only the payout method and request channel actually made available by Smart Trade Hunt. The current seller-side withdrawal request screen, approval route, supported methods and processing time have not been verified here, so no button-by-button route or guaranteed processing time is promised.
- Keep payout details accurate and provide verification documents only through an official authenticated process when requested.
- Check the request/reference status and contact official support if a transfer fails or is delayed. Never share passwords, one-time codes or full payment credentials.
Refunds, disputes, reversals and negative balances
Order cancellation, approved refunds, chargebacks, failed payments, accounting corrections or dispute outcomes may affect pending or available funds and may create wallet adjustments. Check the related order and transaction entries. If an amount is unclear, provide the order ID and entry reference to support and request an itemised explanation; do not try to edit wallet balances yourself. Any hold, offset or recovery must follow the actual platform process and applicable law.
Fees, taxes and processing times
The agreed core seller fee policy is the flat 10% commission described in the Seller Terms section, with the specified first-100-sellers one-month listing promotion and its stated Stripe fee treatment. Do not assume extra withdrawal, bank, currency-conversion or administrative fees apply unless they are actually configured and disclosed before the transaction. Bank and payment-provider times may vary; Smart Trade Hunt should publish a specific estimate only after confirming the actual payout process.

Official seller policy library
These existing policy URLs should remain accessible, but their wording must be reviewed and aligned with this Seller Centre before the same rule is stated in multiple places. A link to a policy is not enough if that policy contradicts the agreed fees or the actual wallet process.
